If I were to realistically build a spinhab right now and had access to starship launches then I'd probably build it with sepperate metal modules that would be assembled in orbit instead of a full ring. It'd look more like the Hermes or the Endurance and less like Discovery one. I think it'd be advantageous because of added modularity and because you could do some interesting stuff like having the spokes they're attached to retract or extend to give different levels of gravity.
