How come I'm failing most of my courses even though I have a 130 IQ and spending the bulk of my time studying?

Since semester started I can't seem to get good grades. I'm currently around a C/C- in most of my courses even though I'm trying I think.
I have to do really good in my finals if I want to come back next semester. I tried nootropics (noopept and theanine) but they do nothing at all

Am I a brainlet /sci/ ? Pls help
