Living in a third world country, a lot. It honestly baffles me how you find it in the first world when you are supposed to have more people with formal education.

I can understand some farmer who never went to school to think vaccines may be bad or that is possible to cure illness with foot massages but not people that at minimum went to high school.

I'm a physician and I found basically there is no more for me to study in my own field beyond actualizing what I know, so I want to get into maths but It's been more than 20 year since I did a math problem that involved more than the basics, I want to take the rust of me.

What are some good beginners books?
How do I keep advancing?
At what point should I try to get into college again?
