You can tell they never actually engage with any of the data, never make any substantive arguments, and only really engage in time-wasting. There are a few exceptions, of course, but this is 95% of them.

Sure, it's difficult to be certain, because I know vaxxed IRL that also will just blindly ignore data. However, the key difference, all of those people just disengage and ghost when faced with the graphs and government data.
