No, when your brain rests, positrons move about (Which are the opposites of electrons). Even though movement = heat, the positrons are the opposites of electrons the net effect is still the brain cooling down.

This can be dangerous if done too much, as the brain will get to cold. For some reason this also happens when eating cold foods too fast (Probably because the cold energy from the cold food goes directly to your brain). This is known as "brain freeze" and was discovered by Neil deGrasse Tyson, pictured.

I'm going to guess your problem is a lack of motivation, and a desire to have rewards that come from hard work handed to you.

Your peers are faster than you because they have more practice, more ambition, and probably a better attitude.

They are faster than you because they have most likely seen a similar problem in the past, or the problem is a combination of problems they have encountered in the past, and with a little bit of reasoning they are able to adapt their previous knowledge to the new problem.

Then you have trouble because you're on 4chan whining about some IQ test you took, while they are studying or talking about the discipline with their peers.

Listen, I used to dislike mathematics and I was not very good. One day, I decided it is useful and I have a desire to understand it, and now I consider myself reasonably proficient at being able to learn new math concepts, because I can relate the concept to something I have already learned.

TL;DR: Stop being a cry baby bitch

I have 2 variables, how do I create a best guess function?

Does anyone know how to compute the integral of the square root 16th degree polynomial?

I realise that first taking the square root and then integrating would be nice.
But i have no idea how to take the square root of a 16th degree polynomial.

If anyone is wondering why i would be doing this, I'm trying to find an arc length.

Specifically for this function,
F(x) = -0.0000000932x^9+ 0.0000069625x^8- 0.0002099859x^7+ 0.0032413201x^6- 0.0263820662x^5+ 0.0981868933x^4- 0.0377306062x^3- 0.6018320814x^2+ 1.6977493754x - 0.8343137255

I've already found the answer in wolfram alpha, however i don't have any working. I'd really like some help?

Hey Sci

Got shit grades on my Math B tests today (optimisation and ezy integrals). I feel like shit, what can i do to pick myself up for the rest of the tests this week? (I got A's in Math C)

Anyone here work on the Project Euler problems? Right now I am going through and doing all the easy ones, it's pretty fun. I really never thought math could be this engaging.

I made a post about this on my home board /g/, but they are too busy arguing about cell phones and "battle stations"
