i am doing fine in uni but i struggle with summing/subtracting anything more than two digits or multiplying a single digit numbers that aren't 1 or 10 or 0. it literally takes me like a minute to figure out that something trivial with fractions like 4/8 + 1/2 is 1. is this normal?

I simply rotated the fraction 90° counter clockwise from the anchor point in the middle also known as fraction bar/vinculum, what's the issue?

What are some of the biggest roadblocks and challenges in robotics and AI right now?

How can they be over come?

Pretty comfortable lifestyle. Boss is super friendly. Co-workers are all nice. Do 9-5 then peruse irl interests. Best college in the country with a decent international reputation. Diverse skillset with lots of job prospects

>Things you don't like about it.
Floated through the undergrad degree and did a final year project with a processor in the college which allowed me to stay in the group and continue as a post grad. Never really put much thought into it and now am questioning if this is even really a field I want to work in.

Planning on doing an MsC in programming and going into the tech field, always been a computer nerd and regretted not doing programming after high school. I applied to a prestigious-sounding degree and assumed I'd be set for life. Floated to this point and realised its not that simple. The regrets didn't disappear and the older I get the more I feel like I'm wasting time in the wrong field. I don't want to be in school forever but I might as well use the PhD to save money whilst working on a good resume (albeit in an irrelevant field) and in two more years I will have a bsc and PhD in a good college and can start my delayed entry into the programming world.

It just sucks that I spent 8 years on what essentially is virtue signalling on my resume.

ok then, how about you give a solution to this easy linear recurrence relation
[math]x_{n+1} = 3.56995 x_n (1-x_n)[/math]
