/sci/, I am tired.

I am currently applying for a physics course in university. But I fear it won't be successful. But I don't want to compromise and choose a more accessible course like comp sci, or engineering.

I have sacrificed everything to go. Taken SATS, a-levels, physics internship, delayed entering because it wasn't the course I'm interested in. No one around me understands why I want to take such a difficult subject. I love physics, man, I just love STUDYING it. But everyone else seems content to do something that either gets them a high paying job or prestige. They take it because they know they can score well, etc.

Anyone else have this?
