Adding to what other anons have said:
*keep a daily log of your symptons
*if you get a pulse oxymeter remember to take baseline measurements (or 'not so fucked yet' measurements since you're already pozz'd)
*postural drainage
*nebulization with NAC solution (super important to aid expectoration if you're gonna use a mucolytic so don't skimp on the PD)
*NAC also comes in fizzy tablets and there's also guaifenesin (which might not do much but won't hurt either), just be extra careful and avoid combination solutions - DMX or some other shit could kill you
*always keep your bananaphone at hand since your condition can deteriorate rapidly in a fairly short timespan (docs have reported cases of strapping young lads going from "a-OK" to "oh shit he needs oxygen" in just ~5 hours)
