Ashekanzi jews have high average IQ. Likely somewhere in the region of 107-112 relative to the Northwestern European 100. The book "The Chosen People" by Richard Lynn has many compilations of IQ studies in various countries.
As for high pro-sociality, some studies seem to suggest Jews (using the religion as a proxy for the Jewish race) have a higher GFP: general factor of personality. Which pretty much means more pro-social i.e. higher openness, higher conscientiousness, higher agreeableness, higher extroversion, lower neuroticism.
Parasitism is just observations of Jewish behavior. In the past, they were seen as leeches who would suck up the resources up of a place/people. This is a large part of the reason for the hundreds of Jewish expulsions throughout Europe. For example in 1292 England deported the Jews largely for their usury, and made their entrance into England illegal. But Jews were eventually allowed back in in the 1600s after Jewish financiers in the Netherlands financed the overthrow of the then-King of England, and as part of the repayment the Jewish ban was to be lifted.

One doesn't have to believe in jewish conspiracies to be anti-semitic.
Where do you think antisemitism came from? It's universality? From the Arab world, to Russia to Spain, Germany, England etc. There's even a word for it.
To me, you just seem to a priori accept it as some strange delusion.
