first of all, i want to tell you that i consider lying the act of stating false propositions as true or not verified/verifiable propositions as true, even if the person making the statements is in good faith.
if you misinterpret a graph and state a confirmation of your bias as its interpretation as true, i consider that as a lie. propaganda is spread, after all, through idiocy. this is to reply to your first and third objection.

about the "jokes". the pun of the joke has a clear racist content and, given the people posting in this thread, i consider it to be done with a clear racist intent... not really just edgy humor. the statement is a lie and the pun (white = royalty) is not verifiable, but i suppose that the author wants me to understand it as truthful (like, its funny because its true). i wont pretend from you that you read words (and jokes) in contexts, but you should.

about the error in his analysis, i have already pointed them.
1) you cant measure "intelligence" as you measure weight, hence you cant make a scientific (in the sense of natural sciences) statement about the intelligence of people, but his statements are proposed as true (in general, IQ is a meme for psychologist desu). plus, we dont know anything about his data.
2) he has given as a true that IQ differences are due to genetic clustering, which isnt verified.
3) correlation means nothing really. there is a famous correlation (really high, like close to 1) between marriage and some type of cancer... its just a "linear relationship indicator"

about affirmative action, i have said that they are "unfair" as true, but thats an unverifiable statement.
