Okay so I recently had both and endoscopy and colonoscopy done and they showed no problems whatsoever. A year before that I had a barium study/ultrasound done showing nothing but inflammation in the duodenum.
I did get a breath test for h. pylori but it was negative.

The shape of this yellow thing is in tube form, so it seems like it came from the small or large intestine. I could have an ulcer or some form of would/sloughing that is causing a buildup of whatever tissue this is, leading to my health problems.

I also had THIS come out of me a few years ago, and had the same improvement in my health symptoms which lasted only a week then I was back to shitty "normal".
Notice how within all of this blood is the same tubelike "slough" or whatever. I see two things here, this tubelike fibrous yellow tissue and mucous, all covered in blood.

Thanks anon.
The problem with the pooppill for me is that it worked for a period of time and then stopped working.
I'm convinced I have something more going on in my gut. Whenever I feel better by getting the bad shit out of my gut, this white fibrous tissue comes out when I shit. Whenever that happens I KNOW I feel a lot better so I know whatever this is, is probably the main problem.
I've been looking at "mucoid plaque" and I know that this is usually seen as a pseudoscience thing but I've been reading this blog that makes sense of it and explains how it's partially correct.
The white stuff is basically dead tissue, just like what happens when you scrape your leg and a white/yellow substance forms over top of the wound.
Anyway, pic related came out of me.
