Most definitely within the next 15-20 years.

I give that one about 15 years tops. We have the tech for that now it's just really expensive.

Early versions will probably be out as early as the 2030's. By the 2040's they will be such a good substitute for the the real thing that some groups will be calling for laws to make them less "human".

So yeah the next three decades are going to be wild.
