Post mortem autopsies and live CT scans of both self described androphilic and autogynephilic MTF transexuals have identical divergences from natal male brain structure in the area associated with self image. If you accept that exclusively androphilic transwomen legitimately have dysphoria, it's very hard to make a case that AGP ones don't, at least neuropsychologically. A lot of autogynephiles don't have dysphoria, but some definitely do
