I just want clarification on something.

Light is just electromagnetism, right?
And it's propagated by the photon?
Does this mean every part of the EM spectrum is delivered by photons- radio, microwaves, etc.?

If so, how can electromagnetism be both a photon, a form of energy, AND a fundamental force?
