original poster of the 'any language' thing here. Sorry if that came off as being mean. A neural network is basically a concept for a flow of computation like in pic related. So all it is is applying operation then summing the results in a special order. To be fair, some languages make it easier than others

Is there any online resources that make understanding Neural Nets any easier?

I have a couple of old books on the subject but i'm struggling with the concept.
