Interestingly though the thing I'd recommend to take out as the shutoff is actually the added Butyrate and also take out half the Apigenin and ride that during recovery. I don't think you would need to take it for years. This is all going to still set great conditions for your body to do any catchup. the Apigenin wont have access to your old record well enough to do much retranscription.
