Doing nothing but spending 12 hours every day thinking about major unsolved problems in the sciences without writing anything until the solution and proof are vividly clear and complete. I've been doing this for the past four days and I think I'm developing photographic memory. First I see the problem statement, then a table of values for the related functions or equations, then a hand holding a pen writing a proof down in beautiful clear cursive.
