Sill, this Feyerabend dude scares me. He's a materialist and an atheist. Has a degree in physics and philosophy. Studied under Karl Popper. He seems like a really intelligent and reasonable guy. How he would come to such a bizarre conclusion is beyond me...

CAfag here, in norcal, we have rationing here also some years, what is ass is that rationing only applies to residential water and not business water. Also they just installed a Nestle bottled water making facility nearby and they are going to suck up ground water to sell back to us at exhorbitant prices. There is no water shortage in norcal, there are fucking rivers everywhere and ground water is relatively easy to get into via drilling. I think it is bullshit.
