Conspiracy is just a generic concept for when multiple people get together to do something that is against the rules or against mainstream conceptions of what is right/moral. Conspiracies thus happen all the fucking time. It's a very common, universal thing. Criminals conspire to comit criminal conspiracies. Politicians conspire to lie to the public or against each other all the time. In every area and level of society, you can find conspiracies.

If the elite/government convinces you that high level consipracy is impossible, you've been duped and are suceptible to exactly such conspiracies. To protect your freedom and rights, you SHOULD expect to be conspired against by the elite/government. Just look at the US - working class people have been kept from enjoying the economic grown the country has had over the last decades - an example of the economic elite conspiring against normal people.

I think most traits like autism are really normally distributed throughout the population. Thus, you might not make it over the line for diagnosis, but you can be right under that line. Making it a binary either or is uninformative
