Do you *really* have to hydrate yourself constantly?

I keep having to pee every 10-30 minutes because of how much water I'm drinking. I didn't realize I would dislike peeing this much. When I was still drinking soda or sports drinks exclusively, I only needed to pee every 1-3 hours. But now, I swear, I have to keep up constantly and go wee-wee-wee all the way into the night. I hate it.

But seriously, what's the ETA for when this pandemic will be under control? Like 1-2 years from now?

I think I can only last one more year at best, and I'm seriously considering offing at this point.

why are people largely black-and-white about everything?

i'm hoping for studies and empirical insights that explain this. but i fear none exist.

Why do people have an alarming tendency of believing things without evidence?

And I do mean just anything. It's greatly irresponsible, and has almost always led to disaster that affects more than the believers themselves.
