HOW THE FUCK DO I MULTIPLY NUMBERS IN MY HEAD

My IQ is about between 110 and 120 (verified by Raven's matrice's test done on me by a psychiatrist).
What can I do with my life with such a low score? I am a complete fucking brainlet.
Is there any point even attempting to try college at this point? What should I do in life, fucking lift boxes?

Is there any hope for a brainlet like me if my maths tutor refuses to tutor me anymore? I offered $120 an hour him but he still declined. I asked him why and he basically just said he "gets too stressed teaching me to the point its negatively affecting his health"
