hard to say, i did what i did for good reason.
I went to community college to save money, then went to a liberal arts school because it was close to my gf's where i lived ren't free and finished with a 3.97. Maybe i would have studied biochem instead of bio, probably at the cost of a lower GPA, which wouldn't have actually hurt my odds of getting into grad school.
if money weren't an issue i would have gone to a polytech instead of a liberal arts school. So much wasted time learning bullshit. Community college was okay, taking classes with middle aged people taught me lessons about courage and responsibility that i may not have gotten otherwise.
Maybe i would have studied comp sci, I wish i wasn't so self-concious about getting a B in calc, it really wasn't a good enough reason to say "welp i guess i'm too much of a brainlet to do compsci or eng"
damn i should have done engineering instead of getting a toiletpaper bio degree. On the other hand maybe the stress would have made me kill myself in UG.

"What's the probability of a random 6mer having one A, one U, and one G?"

I figured since the multiplicity W is 6!/3!, then the probability would be 1/(6!/3!)
The correct answer is 1/4^6 * W
why?

If this is the case, then the multiplicity of "a 6mer containing any combination of bases" would have to be =1. such that 1/4^6 * W = 1/4^6. Does that mean W for this case would be 6!/6!?

Sigh, I remember a time when weeaboo didn't mean anything at all.
