If I wanted to go from... basic arithmetic and algebra to being knowledgeable of maths to the degree of a basic university undergrad/grad. What books would I read and in what order. I get there are different disciplines. I just want to be reasonably good/knowledgeable to understand the prevailing problems and questions in those fields, and be generally all-round less clueless about math

I believe in evolution but there's something about it that I don't understand. How did something as complex as paired reproductive organs come into being? Asexual reproduction makes much more sense to me.

Maybe you are happy with stereotypical answer. Just say how you feel about this question and get over it, it takes less time than waiting for an answer which fortifies your views.
