The tougher question would be

Pure or sex. Which is better and why?

Although it's hard to compare anything to needs such as sleep, eating or sex, I'd probably go with pure math here.
Mind you, I'm not an autistic virgin sperg, I've had sex 2 says ago. I'm an autistic charismatic person.
