The internet needs to collectively stop sucking this man's dick.

He's charming, black and witty, and a scientist and an atheist to boot. He's the progressive's wet dream.

But seriously, all I see is this guy being the friggin poster boy reddit and /sci/. I'm tired of seeing that smug grin plastered over PBS, Nova and Facebook and anywhere else he get show his beautiful negroid face to the media.

And honestly? These religion v. science debates on /sci/ need to stop. Nothing constructive comes from it.

Being a scientist=/= being an atheist

I've known scientists who are religious, and the religious who believe science can greatly benefit humanity in positive ways.

This is a science board. Talk about fuckin' science. If you want a place to show off your metaphysical and philosophical e-peens, petition moot for a /theo/ or /philo/ board.

This isn't fucking science, these arguments amount to "My truth can beat up your truth". If you're a scholar of any denomination, you'll report/sage/hide threads like this, or report those who start shit slinging like the fucking monkeys they purport themselves to have evolved from.
