Their official launch date is Q4 2023, which is the quietest way of admitting to launching in H1 2024. Their second stage is currently getting ready for test firing and they've got a main engine testing run coming up early next year. They'll probably get to the pad in 2024 if they only hit the usual problems. 2025 would mean they found an issue that merited a significant redesign.

The good news is that Vega is still fucked for the foreseeable future which leaves a big opportunity for more prospective clients to arrive with funding.
