You have to deal with it. It doesn't go away, you make peace with it.
You need to find your own approach to that, but if you don't you will be spending a ton of mental energy over something that can't be changed, and that's futility itself.
You need to spend your energy on the things in your life that CAN be changed, and make the best life you can.
Work on changing your point of view regarding this issue you can't solve.
Consider how beautiful existence is.
Consider how lucky you are.
What is, is. And that's beautiful, too.
