So, my laptop's power button is broken. Not the whole thing, just the plastic covering. It leaves a small rectangular gap leading to the motherboard where the plastic part presses on the actual switch. This means I have to go find some small object and press on a tiny switch that doesn't respond very well. Its pretty difficult to turn on -- impossible accidentally.

This just happened: I grabbed a spoon so I could use the edge of the spoon to press the button (its slightly hidden and requires a sturdy tool). I grabbed the computer so I could turn it towards me, spoon in hand, grabbing it near the arrow keys (bottom right side of the laptop) while the power button is in the top left. Yet, even though the part I touched is made of plastic, it magically turned on the computer.

This has never happened before. Why did it happen?

My body also messes with TV signals -- randomly changing the reception from 100% to 0% depending on arbitrary positions around the house.

I also seem to cause electronics to bust. People's things seem to work perfectly up until they meet me where things eventually short circuit. Ive had brand new lights burst.

Could someone point me into the right direction of what the fuck is up with me?
