Nobody's trying to prove that some doctors MUST be women, the point is that some doctors MIGHT be women.
We can't even disprove "some men are tall".
The only point is that we can't prove "some men are tall" from the original two statements.

Your question implies you'd like to hear about someone who applied the scientific method to your question, forming hypotheses and testing them through rigorous experimentation involving control groups and peer review.
