What makes you an incel is that you assume that somehow women have complete information and are rationally deciding through a database search of genetic material who their perfect mate is.

You're acting as if women are some kind of AI with a maximization function for acquiring the best genes.

That's a completely absurd and incel way of looking at the world.

In reality women (like everyone else) don't even ponder these things. They are just born into this world and want to make their best of it. Having fun and enjoying their little time they have here. Having connections with other people. Liking the person they spend their time with and have fun with and having kids eventually if they found a nice person.

This is how the majority of people live their lives. No normal person actually goes through mechanical thoughts like genetical favorability of their kids. Survival rates of their spawn and genetic material acquisition.

This is why you're being called an incel. You barely think like a human anymore because you're so extremely isolated from broader society that you don't even know how normal people think and behave.

Instead of going outside and seeing how people actually are. You spend all your time sitting inside and making up hypothesis of how these people are and will react in fantasy situations.

Get a grip anon.

Time is a function of entropy. The total entropy in the universe must always increase and therefor the arrow of time is always pointed in one direction.

You can vary the amount of entropy that happens or you experience and thus you can also vary the amount of subjective time you experience through special and general relativity. But still the arrow of time always moves forward due to the total entropy always moving forwards.

Time is a simple artifact of the laws of thermodynamics. Entropy must increase and thus particles will move to increase total entropy this forwards motion is what we call "elapsing of time".

Another way to look at it is the only difference between t=1 and t=2 on a universal scale is that the entropy increased (and position of particles have changed due to this entropy). Therefor time is only a measure of the entropic state of the universe, which always increases and thus time always moves forward.

Last but not least think about time travel. What actually happens during traveling back in time? It reverses entropy the particles move backwards to a less entropic state. Since it's impossible to reverse total entropy of the universe it's impossible to time travel against the arrow (entropy) of time.

Feynman was the first to make the connection between time and entropy within classical physics and CERN as good as proven that it's similar on the quantum scale where reversing entropy on a small scale results in "time crystals" small places in time that achieve effects as if being locked in time or going back in time due to reversing entropy locally (at the expense of increasing entropy elsewhere).

FOR THE LAST TIME.

The total amount of mass-energy in the universe is 4*10^69 joules.

Stars burning waste a lot of this towards entropy. That's energy that will be FOREVER lost. Therefor EVERY advanced species with the capability to do so will at the very least extinguish all stars and store their matter. EVEN if they have a superior form of power generation because they will still be limited by the 4*10^69 joules available to them.

Letting stars burn is the equivalent to wasting millions of years of existence for your civilization every day due to it being wasted towards entropy instead of being used for your civilization or stored for future use.

THIS is why stars being visible is evidence there is no advanced lifeforms out there. Every single species with the capability to extinguish stars will immediately do so. It's not like it takes a huge effort or anything. You can just send out a self-replicating Von Neumann probe that breaks up astroids and planets in a solar system and either disassembles stars or build a dyson swarm around it to harness its energy. In both scenarios we shouldn't be able to see any starlight in the night sky, but we do.

Thus it's direct evidence that there are no advanced species in existence.

In my experience people that have a very high "singular intelligence" like they excel at Mathematics but nothing else tend to become depressed as they suffer from the "when you only have a hammer everything becomes a nail".

They start to view mathematics as the only important thing overvaluing the importance of that and undervalue the importance of other things.

A childhood friend of mine is like this. While we both grew up being infatuated by mathematics I slowly grew to also appreciate physics, economics (game theory), history. While he called it a waste of time and a diversion from what really mattered which was mathematics according to him.

We are both almost 30 now and he is still a virgin hermit living alone with his parents and staying inside all day with severe depression. His unwillingness to open up his mind and to see that this asymmetrical knowledge and thus perspective on the world is only going to solidify that one thing matters and the rest not. I notice this trend in a lot of high IQ depressive people. Infatuation with a single field and designating everything outside of it as being irrelevant. I've seen this in Physics, Economics and History as well since I'm a multi-disciplinary to the point where I'm starting to think it's very unhealthy for the human mind to only learn deeply about a single subject as it'll warp your worldview to the point where you only start to see the world through a translation of the discipline you know about.

Meanwhile high IQ multi-disciplinary people are usually the most fulfilled people I know with a very broad look at the world and usually understanding that the good things outweigh the bad ones.

Sadly because we are on 4chan the type of person you see posting here is usually the type that descents in this "disciplinary downwards spiral".

Please avoid this and try to genuinely learn and understand the philosophy and mindset of a completely irrelevant area.

Nigger there is literal neanderthal DNA within you.

Humanity isn't a single species we are a hybrid race.

>Caucasians= Homo sapiens + Neanderthals
>East Asians= Homo sapiens + neanderthals + denisovans
>Indians= Homo sapiens + denisovans + erectus
>Africans= Homo sapiens + erectus + habilis + unknown homo species which is why africans have the highest genetic diversity out of all human races
>Aboriginals= Pure homo sapiens

Why are human races so different from each other? Because we are different levels of hybrids.

For example did you know that Chimpanzees and Bonobos were once considered the same species? They can procreate and create fertile offspring. Polar bears and black bears can also procreate and create offspring. Yet we still classify them as different species. This should already show you that species is just a subjective term for people.

For example certain african tribes can't procreate with other african tribes due to their genetic diversity. It usually results in a miscarriage or an infertile misformed child. Do we see these as different species from each other then?

Human just means a homo species that is tool using, walks upright and has the ability to speak.

We have actually found dozens of earth like planets.

We just can't confirm them because our instruments aren't high resolution enough to confirm every single facet of the planets.

JWST that will launch in 2021 will actually have high enough resolution to confirm that these planets are habitable to humans as we can actually see the atmospheric makeup such as H2O, O2 and CO2. And if a planet contains all 3 and is calculated to have a surface temperature between -30 to 50 degrees Celsius then it will be officially habitable for humans.

So you only have to wait 3 years to get an answer. From our data there are about ~100 known Earth Like planets that fit everything except for the fact that we can't see their atmospheres.

So yes as far as we can detect with our technology of 2019 it seems that a surprisingly lot of planets fit in the definition for "Earth-like" at least as far as we can confirm.

>Oil runs out in the next 100-200 years

Current deposits are enough to last us another 500 years and this doesn't account for unconventional forms of oil such as shale, tar sands and "heavy oil".

Assuming we will never find any new oil sources except the ones we already know of and that we will use the same amount of oil like we do right now we have about 1200 years of oil usage left.

150 years ago we entered the industrial age. 1200 years is more than enough to find an alternative.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_proven_oil_reserves

The truth of the story is that we'll never run out of oil just like we never ran out of stones during the stone age. Or ran out of coal during the coal age. Just like coal, oil just simply becomes inferior after a while and all its applications get replaced by new things like everything in human history.

Copenhagen interpretation
Pilot Wave
Many Worlds

Copenhagen interpretation is the leading quantum mechanics theory with pilot wave gaining steam and being taken seriously as well. Many worlds is the joke theory that sci-fi writers like to use a lot. All three are valid and unfalsifiable with our current data.

Your hypothesis that you are posting here is about many worlds.

However every single of these theories agree that time is not a fundamental thing but instead just an effect of entropy. Laws of thermodynamics say that the universe slowly over time becomes more entropic which means that what we observe as "time" is only the increase in entropy.

That is the only fundamental difference between the universe 10 minutes ago and the universe now. That entropy in the universe has increased and the positions of particles and energies has changed due to this entropic movement which causes an effect which we have called "time".

Alien species will probably define time with a rate of entropy instead of the second and I inquire you to read more about the laws of thermodynamics and the other theories besides many-worlds if you are truly interested in the concept of time.

In my experience it's actually the other way around. Beautiful people are consistently more intelligent, Good genes beget good genes.

Reason for this is that intelligence is highly correlated with income which means that throughout human society the most beautiful women got bred with the most intelligent guys meaning that in our generation the most beautiful people are on average also the most intelligent people.

It's also true in the other direction. Ugly people are consistently dumber.

Now why are mathematicians generally ugly? Because most intelligent people that actually possess true intelligence tend to not focus on one field but instead act machiavellian and worm their way through whatever path gives them the best return at that moment.

The best example I can think of is Merkel. She is a nuclear scientist with a PhD. She did that because she grew up in communist eastern Germany and knew that that was the best way to rise to prominence within that communist system. Once Germany got reunited she immediately jumped on politics because she knew that was a far more lucrative posititon to find yourself in. And now she is the German Chancellor and de-facto leader of the entire European Union.

People that go into mathematics are the opposite of this. Socially retarded people that have a very narrow intelligence that they need to exploit to try and climb as high as possible instead of using pragmatism and machiavellianism to rise to the top using all possible avenues of life.

Nope you would still need the other person to interact with it to find out if the wave function collapsed. But if you do you won't know if you caused the collapse or if the other person did.

Quantum entanglement is impossible to transmit information.

Yeah immediately dismissed. That nigger is so ridiculously biased he has to bend every single possibility towards aliens. It makes him incredibly annoying to listen to and barely makes him any better than those crazy baptists that connect every single event in the world to some bible passage.

Isaac Arthur at least tries to keep his opinions neutral and very obviously states the chances involved if he is going to make a dubious claim as to show the viewer that he is suggesting something very unlikely.

I'm an Aerospace engineer specialized in structural integrity and analysis of materials. I would bet my life on the fact that oumuamua is NOT artificial in nature. If you look at the actual numbers. Not some interpretation of those numbers It's extremely clear that this is a natural phenomenon.

I absolutely hate Avi Loeb in particular because he KNOWS this is not artificial. But yet he goes and "teases" the public so that his paper gets more prominance. It's purely a career move from his side at the expense of science and soiling science in the general public's mind again and again.

I can't wait until my young nephew comes up to me and says "Hey uncle why do scientists always lie? They said these were all aliens and it turned out to just be rocks, scientists know nothing!"

I fucking loathe going home during Christmas because I always have to defend science due to turds such as Avi Loeb with terrible papers pushing the perception of science down in the zeitgeist of the general public.

FUCK AVI LOEB, FUCK JOHN MICHAEL GODIER. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY FUCK OUMUAMUA
