The rates of change in the past glacial/interglacial cycles have been in the order of less than a degree per 1000 years. Same with CO2 concentration of the atmosphere. Un the last million years it has never risen above 290 ppm and the rate of change was about 50ppm each 300 years. Now we've increased the amount of CO2 by 100 ppm in less than 100 years and we're observing the clear role of CO2 in warming.
There is very good quantification of bow much CO2 we've contributed.
