Can someone recommend a good book on mathematical logic? And formal systems and all that shit. Total beginner here.

I've had some fucked up trips let me assure you. I woke up in the hospital once after my passing out. My heart rate dropped drastically and I thought I was dead while it was happening. I swear I spent a week like that even though it was only 5 hours. That doesn't change a thing though, it's all chemistry.
