They're OK, obviously they've done some great high end aircraft work and a slew of other military stuff, but they're still animated mostly by the principle of getting as much pork from the government as possible, like Boing! And like Boing! they have in recent decades started substantially overcharging and overrunning deadlines on their projects.
Give them some more time and they'll end up as bad as Boing! is now.
