This is slightly lower than the Australian aboriginal average IQ of 62, which is lower than the Sub Saharan African IQ of 71. So no, they are not smarter than other Africans because of their flat faces. We shit on bantu Africans so it is easy to forget that they are not the lowest IQ folk out there. By the way, the average Khoisan has a similar intelligence to the average 8 year old European boy. Now you know why the Bantus conquered and genocided the pygmies and Bushmen so easily.
