The skin tight suit applies pressure mechnically via the tight fitting fabric. Like a compression bandage.

Further protection from vacuum is not needed, since human skin is gastight.

A simple, unpressurized, loose fiiting cover can be applied to the suit to provide heating/ radiation shielding as needed.

Read up on high altitude medicine and the actual hazards of explosive decompression!
