If consciousness automatically emerges from electrical impulses, we have to admit that computers have subjective experience.

Should computers be given human rights? I mean they do feel the same pain we feel.

we all know that dark matter was introduced in a very ad hoc way .. by which i mean, the observable universe does not behave according to the predictions of the theory of universal gravitation, so now we say that dark matter exists and its existence "explains" the deviations ..
but truth be told, we dont really know if the gravitational constant is a constant throughout the universe .. we have only made measurements and experiments in our little solar system .. the rest we know just from observation ..
could it be that in other galaxies, the gravitational constant is greater than or less than that in our galaxy ? and if it where, couldnt that account for the observed behavior of galaxies etc for which we introduced dark matter? why not?
