The Paris accords will NOT stop Co2 emissions from increasing because they completely fail to consider the number one issue preventing C02 emissions from falling.

Africa's population WILL increase by FOUR BILLION people in the next 80 years (Four billion people is the entire world population in 1974).

Even if Africa uses all the best carbon emission technology and each African produces HALF the per capita Co2 the average industrialized nation citizens produce, Co2 emissions will INCREASE on the planet.

The only viable solution to actually decreasing Co2 emission on a global scale is to prevent the African population bomb.

We are not asking that Africans have no children, but only asking that the AVERAGE African woman have no more than two children.

That is all, we need to refuse any outside aid to any African nation until they demonstrate a proven record of population control.

Small families can put all their resources on creating healthy, well educated children.
