I drink black coffee because I like the fucking complex and rich taste. When I'm not drinking coffee I crunch coffee beans and let them sit in my cheeks so the flavor and aroma are with me all day like a chipmunk shaman. When I go take a shit after I'm done fingering my asshole with a wet wipe because tiny invisible shit particles in boxers is fucking disgusting you pig I shove a couple beans up there to improve colon health and leave a nice aroma in case a girl happens to toss my salad before I shower again.

You are literally the worst type of ingrate degenerate utter scum and I hope you fucking die. I hope all your friends die too in an earthquake and they all die a day before your funeral so there's nobody there other than the priest who decides fuck it and he jacks a five roper right off on your casket. I hope after you're in the ground some schmuck of a kid whose parents never tell him no comes by and writes "Here Lies A Giant Fucking Faggot/ He Took Sugar And Cream In His Coffee Just Like A Whore Takes Cream And Anal Beads In Her Asshole\ He Wouldn't Know Flavor If It Punched Out All His Teeth And Face Fucked Him." Fuck you.

I'm inclined to choose life because it feels nice but would be all right with death.

/sci/, quick check:

If I roll 6 six-sided die and I need to calculate the odds that exactly one die is a 1, is the answer 5^5 / 6^6?

My thinking is that the total number of combinations is 6^6. From there I set one die equal to 1, so I'm really only rolling five die, 6^5. Then I need to remove all results that have a 1, hence 5^5 and thus 5^5/6^6.

alright fuck it /sci/, I need to swallow my pride and admit that I need help. I'm trying to teach myself some of the higher maths because it bugs me that I use a lot of things in (undergrad) physics that I don't really understand, so this summer I'm doing a math 300 (set theory & proofs) course.

I'm stuck on a homework problem though:

Let a be an integer. Then a^3 is a (mod 3).

I can prove it directly or by the contrapositive or contradiction, I can't use proof by induction because we "haven't learned it yet."

Any help? I feel like the answer shouldn't be this hard to get but I keep getting stymied. Thanks

I'm working on improving my reading speed, so I'm in search of some interesting material.

Does anybody have any good reading (preferably something I can copy and paste online, I'm using spreedr) suggestions? Preferably things at an intro level of whatever field they are in, as I feel that struggling with comprehension of ideas while I'm trying to simply focus on my reading will be counter-productive

/sci/ I've got myself in a jam. I've put off taking most of my required math and science courses for a couple years, and I need to start them now. I did calc 1 first year and kind of struggled with it, but thats because I almost never went to class, and when I did I didn't pay much attention.

Any tips for maximizing my success in math and science (specifically physics and chem) courses? Beyond actually getting my ass to class and paying attention + taking notes, obviously.

How important would you say it is to do assigned homework problems regularly?

Thanks
