That the answer to the question of Climate Change, if it does exist the form described by the mainstream, can most likely only be countered effectively with a massive reduction in the total number of human beings living within the biosphere, barring miraculous breakthroughs in terraforming capabilities.
No race/civilization seems to be as individually suicidal as Caucasians however, with even the Chinese walking back on their population reduction methods, and so the likelihood of this actually occurring on magnitude great enough to prevent hypothesized catastrophe approaches zero.
