It takes a long time to pick apart his data. I chose one section at random. Read the section on how lead affects IQ.

He shows a graph for lead levels over time. I'm not sure how he populated it. He probably also used Hispanic whites to make the gap look smaller to be honest. But he claims that modern-day lead levels are similar among blacks and whites, so that lead levels can't account for SES and IQ differences.

This is misleading. The modern-day levels aren't important when the levels just 20 years ago are way higher. Which they are. See pic for the study he provides. The data starts at 1999. The levels do get closer, but they started very far.

He somehow fails to mention this.

Faulty logic, not good.
