Can anyone explain to me in biological way if no fap or fap is better if I'm trying to go into a difficult stem area and want to be top of my class?

Pros of no fap: more time, more motivation, more energy. I also am losing my hair and I noticed that after fapping the next shower these is considerably more hair falling out.

Cons of no fap: can't stop thinking about sex. In class, all I can think about it wanting to talk to the beautiful girls and having a relationship with them. This can be fixed by finding a beautiful girl and making sex with her but then we come back to the fact that whenever I was in a relationship all of my needs were satisfied and therefore I couldn't muster up the self discipline to study/ do my assignments

I really don't know what to do bros. All I want in life is to be healthy and make valuable contributions to the science community.

Hey /sci/, I'll try to keep it short for you. I live in Georgia, USA and recently got a sunburn. It tanned over within a day or two and that was it. No peeling or anything like that. My family lineage goes back to Ireland and England and stays there for the most part (the earliest ancestors are Franks but oh well). However within the last 3 or 4 generations I have American Indian in my lineage on my Dad's side (if it means anything). My question is this, is there any support to the claim that a certain amount of the American Indian genome can help you heal from burns quickly/ tan easily? (I also tan easily btw). My friends with American Indian ancestry (not a lot, they're mostly fair and white skinned, and have ancestry from Northern and Western Europe) all have said similar things that they tan easily and heal from burns quickly. Is there any scientific support to my claim or are we just lucky?

I really have no interest in feet in that kind of way. It's just far less disgusting than dentistry, and I'm not sure if I'll have to grades (I have ~3.5 gpa) to compete with the MD application process. I could consider DO school or MD/Caribbean, but I would rather end up as a podiatric surgeon than a family physician. I guess a lot will depend on my MCAT score too

Do you guys know an intuitive interpretation of the Ito integral? For Lebesgue or Riemann integral we know it somehow measures area or volume or some higher dimensional analog. What does Ito integral measure? I understand its construction but I cannot assign a geometric meaning to it.
