Not really. High altitude weather balloons are a pretty well understood technology at this point. The engines are all pressure fed and the largest are only 15 kN designs, so the propulsion is on the easier side of things. Launching from up in the stratosphere means you don't need to worry about having surface and vacuum optimized engines. It's a clever way to do an air launched rocket that doesn't risk human crew on a carrier aircraft or require you to spend millions designing some kind of drone launch vehicle.

Unfortunately, the last anyone seems to have heard from Zero2Infinity was a test flight back in 2017, during which they acknowledged that they were having trouble raising money and were planning to focus on their weather balloon projects since those actually brought in revenue.
