the tubular muscle could be be used to counteract rubber bladder inflation as well as provide extra strength to counteract the inflated rubber bladder
you put on the gloves/suit with muscles relaxed and it all tightens up once you're ready to go outside to make it easy to put on

for the less mobile parts of body you can use BOA system to make it more form-fitting without using the finicky strings like the use on ISS suits or high altitude flight suits
