Problem with a lot of this longevity shit as well is they target the side effects and are really not truly doing anti aging.

Shit like reducing protein muscles and calories is going to potentially increase age (unless you get sort of disease). We already know that a 4'11 Asian woman will be much more likely to live to 100 then a 6'7 big man. Less cells multiplying means less cancer. But the solution being neutering the body to work slower will extend life by maybe 5 years at most and your health in that time will be worse.

True anti aging is reversing this process so that you can regenerate like a young man again. The same shit would be true with a car if you drove it less it will last longer then a person who drives it more daily. But you haven't extended shit the car still lasts a certain number of miles.

I think its true but depends on multiple factors also its not like a straight cliff. Its just 25 is where is start declining but a 28 year old will still be able to learn stuff.

Another factor is health and how much you use your brain. I've seen bright funny people turn into the most boring soulless people ever in 5 years if they work a reptitive job. But also your health matters too people who drank smoked and did drugs will begin to really feel bad habits by 30. You really just can't recover from being a piece of shit like you can at 18 eat like shit don't physically train drink smoke and you will still be fine but try doing this into your late 20's and your brain will decline rapidly along with the rest of your body

Whenever I go on holiday over the winter in a warm sunny place my mood instantly is better for the next week or two. So clearly its healthy to be getting sun light.

But then it causes wrinkles cancer and damage to skin cells.

Is a trucker who exposed half of his face to the sun everyday for years. So is it a meme that the sun is bad for you should all pale skinned people just constantly wear sunblock?
