Where the fuck are the billions of dollars spent on research going? This field has barely advanced in the last 20 years and it's not for lack of financial incentives. I can't believe we still don't have a cure for aging in the year of our lord 2022. What is going on here?

why can't we define disease as just dis-ease? why does prevalence matter at all? is it because people are triggered by the fact we are all born broken and don't want to face this fact? seems like a rather immature way of dealing with reality if you ask me.
