WTF is a time crystal? And how do they work?

Quantum mind theory posits that quantum mechanical phenomena, such as quantum entanglement and superposition, may play an important part in the brain's function and could form the basis of an explanation of consciousness.

Now changing topics for a second, if by some currently unknown methods we're able to create a quantum computer that employs quantum entanglement then we could have two computers on the other side of the planet, acting as 1 single computer. Distance would not be limited. We could have 2 computers on opposite sides of the universe acting as 1 single computer. Now one step further, we could have billions and billions of computers, seeded all across the galaxy all acting as 1 single computer. Now a computer system, that's spread across the universe, and used by innumerable alien life forms should be intelligent and advanced enough that it should be able to interface with any computer system that employs quantum entanglement.

This is where quantum mind theory comes in. The brain is basically an organic computer system. If it turns out it's using quantum entanglement and superposition, as the theory suggests, then our minds could be linked, or uploaded into the system. Our essences, or souls if you will, could literally ascend to the heavens become immortal.

How badly will some peoples cosmology be when we do create a sentient artificial intelligence. Undoubtedly the rejection of the possibility stems from the notion of the "special" status of human intelligence.

yep. no point in calculating the collapsed quantum state until the user is paying attention to it. Until then everything is just in the quantum superposition with its probabilities stored on file for future reference.

To be honest, it's not surprising at all we are ruled by a elitists organization running in the shadows. Hardly anyone has the capacity to see outside the boundaries of the culture and memes they've grown with, and those who do are more often than not shackled by their own fragile minds and life's circumstances.

So I'm thinking anout applying to this specific university in my country, it is one of the leading universities worldwide in the fields of computer science and electrical engineering (I'm going for the electrical engineering)

Hey /sci/ I'm curious about what is the correct order in learning Mathematics?

My friend mentioned that Geo-Alg-trig-Alg2-Cal is correct. Instead of the traditional sense of Alg-Geo-Alg2-Trig. Is this correct?

Also, I purchased several books to help me relearn some basic subjects. Did I do good?

Why is aerospace engineering so popular here? It's the one engineering degree where you almost certianly won't work in your field.
