>US Energy Department
This does not prove that COVID was a lab leak, retard. This is just the opinion of someone at the Department of Energy. That doesn't make it true or correct. The Department of Energy isn't even tasked with handling public health policy or science or defense. That would be NIH or DoD. If the NIH or DoD starts making claims about a possible lab leak, then that might really be something, but at this point, it's all just hearsay and speculation, and I wouldn't put a lot of weight on the opinion of the Department of Energy.

Also, keep in mind that the Department of Energy has a lot fossil fuel and oil industry lobbyists, and these sorts of groups are not really the most reliable when it comes to scientific issues or anything related to Russia or China, since the Big Oil and the oil lobby have an incentive to (1) lie about science and downplay the reliability of modern science, especially climate science, and (2) they also have geopolitical and economic interests that align them with Russia, China, OPEC, and other non-western oil producing economies.

Pic rel. Oil Lobby is one of the largest in America, and they have a lot of ties in thee Department of Energy and the GOP.
