Ammonium dinitramide + GAP can easily reach in the 310/330 vacuum isp range
But why?
Deep space heavy propulsion, the heavy lifter of a cheap expendable spacecraft that goes from LEO to higher orbits, Or even the second stage of a 3STO with a reusable S1!

>High thrust compensated for low staging speed with RTLS S1
>Slightky (30-50) lower isp isn’t as much of a problem, just make the S2 heavier, it even makes S1 RTLS easier
>high density makes it fit easy in a Neutron-style cargo bay, leaving space for the third stage which brings the payload to high orbits
