Oh god, I just ran the rough calculation.
Now according to Wikipedia (hurr hurr) the total volume of the Martian polar ice caps is around 3.2 million cubic kilometres. If you assume that is all water you end up with a total figure of 3.2E18 kg of water which is 81% of the mass I calculated for a 1 bar Martian atmosphere. Guess that's all the atmospheric oxygen sorted - you can just source that shit locally, what the fuck, and as far as I can tell all my numbers are perfectly reasonable. I guess a source of nitrogen would be the main problem then.
