> this demonstrates that chimpanzees descended from a large initial population while humans have descended from a much smaller one, which indeed we know to have been two people.
This is gold.

What flammable solids may be ignited by an electric sparks in powder form? If Jewgle was any good I wouldn’t need to ask here.

It's ok writing and reasonably educational but wholly self-indulgent. Not really designed to be read, it's more a testament to the author's cleverness.

In that respect it's a bit like "infinite jest" or "zen and the art..." or other late-20th-century high-middlebrow and "postmodern" books that just make you scratch your head and close it 20-30% of the way through

Signal processing (EE) or acoustics (ME/CE) would be your best bet. I'd stick with EE, since acoustics problems are basically treated with the same math as electrical circuits

t. stress engineer doing my master's thesis on acoustics just because I'm an enormous faggot that loves music

Currently 2nd semester, struggleing a bit with math, but have put ~12 of the last 36 hours into it, still feel like I know nothing about integration and derivatives (aka know the rules, can prove them, but have no feeling for it except through Leibnitz Notation)

Also, I just found the sentence in my math skript about "being able to use the trigonometric addition theorems", which I literally know 0 of.

How fucked am I?
And if theres anyone here that already graduated in Physics/Engineering/Math, do you have any tips regarding derving on the fly with a trigonometric identity?
Should I just remember sin(x)=oppostite/hypotenuse, and go from there everytime when I see something scary?
And how important is it do do a bit more for every proof I have in my lectures via buying a decent book on the topic? So far I did not spend money for mathbooks

>pic related, how I write formal proofs
